Earlier this year we lost a huge branch of our “Family Tree”, my husband, father, grandfather and love, Donald Walton ….We were so honored in June by everyone coming together for a Tribute to honor his memory and we never thought that we would ever be coming together again so soon for yet another “bump in the road of life”…
There are no words to express our gratitude for all you’ve done….the way everyone comes to the aid of others is so fabulous….everyone is a special treasure…your giving nature and unselfish ways are greatly appreciated in our time of need…..we want to say THANK YOU for making those bumps along life’s path a little less rocky…..
We now know first-hand that your life can change in a matter of hours and that people who don’t even know you, like Brian Oakes and some of his crew, group together and become heroes and do what needs to be done when it needs to be done and can perform MIRACLES…. Regardless of the consequences…..
Did you happen to hear the Cathy Reardon story when she went into my burning house looking for my daughter-in-law, Angie and the dog and when she heard popping noises (that were my husband’s ammo going off) she still remained inside until she knew everyone was safe?? How lucky are we??
Special thanks to Bill and Cathy Reardon and their boxer puppies, Lily and Pebbles, – AKA -Hotel Reardon for their helping hands, caring hearts, cheery smiles, listening ears and healing hugs.
Kind deeds change lives….we will always remember and be grateful for your thoughtfulness and kindness….Thank you for what you did, what you said and who you are…
With much appreciation,
The Walton Family
